Elton John and Leon Russell came out a while ago. To my ears there is so much bass I cant hardly listen to it.Does anyone own a copy of this one?Maby its just my copy and ears,I have listened four or five different times and just cant get past all the bass.I usually like both artists and have other cds by both,Is it just me?

    I hope this recording isn't like some other modern ones with the boomy bass. I am a huge Leon fan and I was hoping that T-Bone Burnett would do a good job on production. I haven't gotten to hear any of this album yet at home. Did you listen on CD? I was about to get the lp and I hope it sounds well, but I have heard some very shoddy production on new lps as well. Ill let you know if I have the same experience.

    This is on cd, I have listened on both house and shop rigs.I was hoping it was just my copy.I do like the songs on the cd,It just doesn't sound right to me.
