I had a guy call me about Fisher X-1000 amp, he offered the amp for $600. Not knowing a thing about tube amps, is this a jump on it deal? I've done the Goggle search, I'm looking for club thoughts. The amp looks great very clean and updated. Thoughts please

I'm sorry to be so lacking in tube amp knowledge, in addition to my question about the Fisher X-1000 could anyone give me info about the Dynaco ST-70? I know it was sold as a kit or assembled. Is it well thought of and what value do they have? Thanks for the help.
