Are these things common ground? I found a number of topics where people were driving SDAs with one, but now that I have one in my possession the grounds appear to have quite a bit of resistance between them. If it is not, I can put a jumper between the two grounds to use it with SDAs, correct?

IIRC it is a common ground and should be fine with your SDA'sJC approves....he told me so. (F-1 nut)

Which sda's are you using?

2As. Thanks, George Daniel; I'm going to wait on one more person to confirm before I hook it up, just to be absolutely sure.

Of the vintage Adcom amps; the 535, 545 and 555 are all common ground amps. Mono-designs which include the 565 monoblocks are not common ground (for obvious reasons...there are two of them). And, the GFA-5802 is also NOT a common ground, if I'm not mistaken.
You're OK with the 535.
