Tomorrow begins a new era as its out with the old and in with the new. Out is the Mitsubishi 48" RPTV HDTV and Denon AVR-2805 receiver. In is a Panasonic Plasma TC-P65S2 and Pioneer Elite VSX-32 receiver. Looking through the manual for the receiver is a little overwhelming. There is a ton of stuff in this thing. Anyone have any experience with this receiver? How accurate is the microphone used for calibrating? Tomorrow should be fun, no work and playing with new gadgets.

    First impressions are the picture and audio are amazing. This is my first tv with 1080p and first receiver that decodes uncompressed audio. They both make a huge difference over 1080i and the compressed audio. After running the MCACC auto setup on the receiver I found it odd that it set all the speakers to large. Distance and channel levels seemed accurate. Also using a power conditioner for the first time from Panamax.

    Very Nice Room, I have an 50" LG pk750 plasma now, but I would love
    to have a larger screen.
