Great Customer Service....

I have bought higher end things before but the customer service is not always there. Well, I recently bought some RTi70's from CC as open box models and they did not have feet, a manual, and one of them was missing a jumper at the binding posts. I called, spoke with customer service, and they were great. Fed Ex shoed up today with the parts, and a manual came in todays mail as well. No charge and very friendly to boot....thanks Polk.

    I agree. Ordered tweeters for old pair of Polk SDA's. Shipped second day, no extra charge, and club discount.
    Will likely stick with Polk for future speake purchases.

    You will probably find very few CS departments like you will here at Polk Audio. They are fantastic!
    CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.
