    when you click on the "Reply" buton you need to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page that pops up. You'll see a field that says "Attach" Click on the "Browse" button, find the pic you want to upload (10kb max size) and double click it. I will show up after you click the "Submit Reply"button.
