Ok, not looking to buy just yet, but I'm trying to get a feel on what is available. I'm looking for a preamp, doesn't have to be beautiful or have all the bells and whistles--just a basic stereo preamp, check those attics, what do you have? And how much would you sell it for?

I've got an Audio Research LS3 for sale. I had it sold but the buyer backed out because of health problems. If you can live without a remote it's a pretty sweet pre amp!
I'd be willing to negotiate on the price...

That puppy is far too nice for my purpose. I'm looking at something under $150 bucks. It's going on my patio for outdoor entertainment. Thats a heck of deal on yours though....Source: Bluesound Node 2i - Preamp/DAC: Benchmark DAC2 DX - Amp: Parasound Halo A21 - Speakers: MartinLogan Motion 60XTi - Shop Rig: Yamaha A-S501 Integrated - Source: Rotel CD14MkII CD Player - Speakers: Elac Debut 2.0 B5.2

I've got a Hafler DH-110 that is in beautiful cosmetic condition.
One of the RCA jacks for the amp connection busted so I 'borrowed' the two from the second tape player connections and replaced the amp jacks, so the two for that second tape player are missing. I only used it for my CD player anyway. Who the hell has two tape decks now days anyway!
This unit sounds superb and has to be one of the best you'll see cosmetically.
I'm only selling because I have decided to go 'vintage receiver' for my 2-channel set-up (Marantz 2270!)
I'll sell for $100 shipped!2 channel - Willsenton R8 tube integrated, Holo Audio Spring 3 KTE DAC, audio optimized NUC7i5, Windows 10 Pro/JRiver MC29/Fidelizer Plus 8.7 w/LPS and external SSD drive, PS Audio PerfectWave P3 regenerator, KEF R3 speakers, Rythmik F12SE subwoofer, Audioquest Diamond USB cable, Gabriel Gold IC's, Morrow Audio SP5 speaker cables. Computer - Windows 10/JRiver, Schiit Magni 3+/Modi 3+, Fostex PMO.4n monitors, Sennheiser HD600 headphones -
I've got a Chase Technologies RLC-1 that I may be able to HAND DELIVER next month.
It is a piece I picked up from Sound City here in Jersey. It was an audiophile "darling" awhile back. It was designed to add remote control to any existing system (preamp or receiver), but it was touted as being absolutely quiet itself. I think it has 4 line inputs or something like that.
I put in for a Davis-Monthan trip which arrives in Tucson on 20 Feb, and departs first thing the next morning. Won't have much time to jack around cause I want to visit my wacky Uncle Benny that I told you about earlier.
I know you're probably not familiar with Chase Technologies. The only other product I know of that they made, was a Dynaco Quadaptor knock-off called the HTS-1. I picked one of those up too, about ten years ago. But I didn't get it from Sound City. I bought it when I visited Roy Allison's company RDL in Massachusetts. It was the only surround unit they saw fit to market. Good enough for RA, it's good enough for me. I bought a pair of his Mini-Reference loudspeakers that day too.
I never put the RLC-1 to use. Just opened the box, dicked with it a little, and sealed it back up.
