    Hi JVC,
    Does this include a tone arm, cartridge, or the plexiglass dust cover?
    Can you read the date of manufacter on the lable?
    Do you have a picture?

    tone arm and brass counter weight is included

    there is an Audio-Technica cartridge that is already mounted in the headshell.
    it needs a replacement stylus.
    It was already on the turntable.

    the dust cover is cracked

    I do not see a manufacturer date.
    It may be internally stamped
    I'll need to remove the cardboard bottom and check.
    Maybe this weekend if I get motivated and also take some pictures.

    There are two paper labels

    In one of the corners a label that is glued states
    AR Turntable
    XA Model Serial Number 101836
    address of the firm is also printed.

    The other side
    has a AR Guarantee Placard that is attached by staples
    The bottom Post Card is not present. Already registered and sent in.
    It does have a couple of hand written signatures.

    Since you noted that your XA needs restoration I thought I would pass along this info to help your buyer...
    Belts for the AR Turntable are readily available on ebay.
    A common problem that develops on the XA is that the tonearm wiring can fail after extensive use. If this happens they can be rewired with the great instructions found here:
