For sale, my first real piece of hi-fi gear, a McIntosh MC-7270. It's rated at 270wpc, but some have clocked as high as 330wpc on the bench. The unit is 2ohm stable in stereo mode and bridgeable to 540 watts down to 4ohms.

I've owned this unit for approx 3 years and am the second owner. It was recently biased and the offset was also checked. Included is the original owners manual and if I can find it, an advertisement for the unit. I also have a PDF of the service manual.

I'm asking $1800, OBO. Local pickup only please, I'm located on Long Island. Any questions, feel free to PM me, thank you.

McIntosh wood cabinet also available for an additional $100 with purchase of amp.

Mike, are you crazy? I think you do not want to sell this, or you'd have posted it before polkfest. Who knows, with all that beer and tequila I could've jumped on it.

    Here's a great deal for a local!

Mike, let me check with the war department. I need something like this for a bedroom kit. Do you have the original box or replacement?

I don't, but I may be taking a ride up to Audio Classics in the next week or two, I can always pick one up then.
