For $10.00 more, get the 1000ES and move up to a 5 year factory warranty.

It's pretty much the same as your Pio except it's a non-elite and doesn't have networking or internal memory. Still utilizes Wolfson DACs though and has pretty much the same specs as your Elite model.Truck setup

The only thing I wished the 1000ES had was the ability to stream Netflix videos. Wondering if this is something Sony could take care of with a firmware update. I've had my 1000 for a few months now and have no complaints what so ever. Unit is installed on my upstairs rig and is a hella lot faster than my 05 Elite I have downstairs.Money Talks, Mine says Goodbye Rob!!!!

I have the N460 and it doesn't play SACD either, however it does do the steaming. You might want to consider the new BDP S770. That is the newest model I believe. Also the
S370, S470 and S570 play SACD and all have the streaming.Larry
