recently got a denon avr3300 and a bunch of speaks, cables, cd player, power conditioner, all quality stuff.
i only paid 150 bucks, only problem, the lady didnt have remote.
before i sink 1 to 200 bucks in a universal remote.do they really have the capability to get into the receivers menu and let me set the receiver up properly. i have it in the bedroom and working now. its front buttons were enough to get its basic functions set up.

also, would there be a good reason to buy a more expensive product from a remote specialty co, or find a harmony on sale on cl. you can find them all day long.

the logitech site lists my rec. as being controlled by some of their products, then i go to reviews and complaints that some listed components arent actually controlled by their remote, even after tech support help. any info would be helpful.
