Best In-Wall/Ceiling speaker cables?

Doing a new home theater install and would like recommendations for good 12 gauge speaker cable to use for the install. Using SRT mains and Center (have an MIT cable for the center) and Polk TC265i in-walls for all 4 surround speakers.

I want something that will sound good but not break the bank. Plus, I want the joy of watching a bunch of people argue that I should just put in Cat6 or lamp cord instead of real speaker cable. :D

Rear speaker runs will be approx. 35'
SRT speaker runs will be approx. 15'

Another piece of info I'd like is what Subwoofer RCA cable to use. I'll need about a 25' to 30' run out to the SVS.

Also, if anyone wants to chime in on a good place to buy a 35' HDMI cable, S-Video cable and VGA cable I would appreciate the info.

Thanks!

A 250' spool of 12g CL2 rated wire from Monoprice is $60, and it's the best stuff you can get for the money.

I would check with parts-express. I would consider getting a four-wire run and twist two of them together at the terminations, however, this is not necessary. you can use 14g for those short HT runs, HT sound is not exactly delicately layered and textured with acoustic space, air, oh yea, and musicality. Having CL rated wire is though what needs to be used.

I have some flatwire currently not in use that will be long enough for your SRT's, PM me if you're interested.

As great as the 4S11 sounds, it's not rated for in wall.

Thanks for the suggestions! All of the cable will be technically in-wall however the wires for the mains will be accessible (i.e. not drywalled' over) from behind the equipment and screen so I don't know if 'in-wall' rated cable is necessary for those runs.
