Should I buy a new stylus or a new cartridge for my Technics SL1400MK2

I have (from what I read a while back) a pretty nice cartridge with this Stanton 881S. It had a bent stylus and I broke it trying to strainten it out.
I have two choices for new stylus's. one is 50.00 , the other 80.00 at the needle Doctor I think. My records are pretty clean but not vacuumed and washed.

I've also read hear from you guys with knowledge that a Denon-190 ? or something is a perfect match for the Techics SL1200 TTs.Mine is just like them motor and arm wise.

I think Joe (hearingimpared) has the answer for me or at least a direction to go depending on my depth of vinyl passion.

I have an old personal collection and want to relisten with a permanent addition of a TT hooked up to my main rig. I've found a few great albums lately and have just a little bit of spare change to buy this needle that will be used for years to come I imagine.

Any and all advise for a vinyl newbe will be taken with gratitude.;)

Thanks, Tony

Sounds great, I went over and saw and new unopened so I'm biting on this.;)

    Thanks guys.

I'll probably get the Stanton's cheaper replacement stylus to get it playable again also.
