I'm looking to upgrade my subwoofers.
I already have an amp, its a kenwood amp, it can give 500 bridged at 2 ohms.
I am looking for a Rockford Fosgate or a JL Audio subwoofer or two that can handle those rating.
I am up to any brand subwoofer as long as it is not those cheap ones like Boss or Stinger or what not.
I would prefer to have them in an enclosure, but a single sub would be alright.
No 15 inches. I'm looking for 10 or 12 inch subwoofers.
There really is no limit in money since I realize that some woofers that will be offered can be expensive.
Just post what you have and what you would like me to pay for it (please be reasonable) and I will counter or accept.
I also and looking for a 4 Channel Eclipse amplifier for my fronts and rears.

    JL Audio 10-W6 x 2.

    Sounds like we have the same amp; it will do 980 watts into 1 ohm; I'm running 2 Infinity Perfect 10.1 dual voice coil subs in parallel for a 1 ohm load. It will take your breath away & stop your heart~

    I don't think my amp can do 1 ohm....
    It is a Kenwood KAC 8104D it mentions just 2 and 4 ohm stable.
    SO we probably do not have the same amp....
    So TNTrabbit i am a little confused if you are offering the jls or just recommending them?

    Yeah I see lots of reviews on that subwoofer, bit pricey for just one though. I guess I should not complain though since I realize the more cash you dish the better your sub....
    I will keep that one in mind.

    The sr124 is still in its original box I built for it. If you want me to take out the sub, I can do that and take a few photos of it. But the thing is, my phone camera sucks as you can see (5th attempt at the photo HAHA), so I don't know how you will be able to judge for yourself.

    Everything is in excellent condition and works, I had this sub for over a year and couldn't be happier with it.

    They are 4 years old but never used, kept in the bedroom closet. Don't mind keeping them for that next project but it could be awhile so they are for sale.
