re foaming a sub?

hey guys, so I have an older Rockford Punch HE sub that works fine but definitely needs a little TLC. the main problem is the foam surround, it is very worn out and has some decent size holes. Is there a specific re foaming kit I should buy and where would I get one? I assume this is a project I could do myself.

Don't get me wrong, I have a Polk SR124 sub in my car that isn't going anywhere but this rockford is just sitting around in my basement and I thought I would try and fix it up to give to a friend or another car if I had one.
