Well people, this amp is Big. It makes my 5150 look sick. Those three meters on the front are fun to watch. I know the Monitor line speakers don't need much power, but if you give it to them they sing. The mid-bass has never been better.

To all of the Polkies out there with Monitor line speakers.....throw some power at them and hear what happens..........

I guess I am a Carver (or Sunfire) man now. I don't think I could find anything better.

Just my thoughts.......

Glad to hear you like the results.

Any speaker will surely benefit from external amplification, so get the word out there and tell'em to stop running them off their receivers :p

I had been looking for a 753X to use in my system, but they are scarce as hens teeth! I had to change course since I was not finding one, and now have a Sunfire Sig. 405X5 in place of the 753X and a 500X. Glad to hear you like the 753X so much. Yes, Mr. Bob made some fine amps, and still does :)
