NAD 2700 THX for $100???

is it a good deal? I am using HK PA5800 amp now with only 80WPC for Rti8s.. so this NAD is pretty much double the power. between NAD and HK, which one has a warm sound?

I've had both. Both are slightly on the warm side, but I would say the NAD is a tad bit more so. The NAD simply sounds better to me and I kept it. The HK moved on.
BTW, for $100 it is a great deal. You should be able to sell the HK for somewhere around $150. -
The seller also has this note. should I be worried? and what is the difference between THX input vs. Normal input?
NOTE: This has outputs for both NORMAL and THX- 2 separate sets of outputs, but they output exactly the same sound. The NORMAL output has the problem of intermittent audio that was typical of the NAD 2200, 2600, and 2700 THX: Especially noticed at low volume, it "punches through" as volume is increased. Caused by weak relay contacts. What this means is that the sound is subdued, but when you turn it up a bit, it plays just fine. This is NOT an issue with the THX outputs- just the NORMAL outputs- and the sound is exactly the same through both outputs, i.e, Normal and THX sound is identical.. -
if it has that problem with the normal inputs, I am not sure how he doesn't have the same problem with the THX inputs, as the relays are on the output side of the amp.Dodd - Battery Preamp

Sounds like the amp needs a little TLC. NADs are usually easy to work on and they use pretty common parts that are easy to source. For $100, I'd get it and see what the problem is. Might need a few caps replaced, might need to clean (or replace) the relays, might just need to de-oxit the level pots.
