a pair of Bose 901's just to get the Polk CRS speaker stands? I think they are the Polk stands anyway.

    Depends if you want the 901's. If you don't want them $400 is too much for speakers stands. For $400 you can make a much better one or have somebody make one for you.

    I re-read the ad, no mention of the stands, so I emailed him to see if I could buy them.
