Best 5k system?

I was wondering what you guys would buy if you had 5k to spend on a HT system.

Here's what I ended up with....

2xLsi25 for mains
2000.00(ALL SPEAKERS W/FULL WARRANTY)
1xLsiC for center channel----400
2xLsifX for Surrounds----800
B&K Components AVR-505 HT Receiver --- 1800 (W/Warranty)

I already had:

Toshiba, progressive scan - DVD/HDCD player
Toshiba 51' HDTV w/DVI & two component inputs
Sony 5 disc CD changer

I am still waiting for:

SVS PC+ 20-39 sub
DVD-A player?
&
An entire Zone 2 setup---ha

HOW DID I END UP DOING?????????????????????
Receiver: B&K AVR505
Fronts: Lsi25s
Center: Lsic
Surround: LsiXs
TV: 57'' RP Toshiba

    For HT, I'd probably get the exact same stuff as you. But if I had 5K to spend on a system, I'd rather spend it on 2ch gear.

    CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

    Since you plan on getting a sub, save a little cash up front and get the LSi15's or even the LSi9's. Can the Sony 5 spinner and forget the DVD-A player, get the Sony 555ES SACD player.

    just droped 5k on my pre and amp. now all i need is some speakers to match my pre quaility and get a front projector. the prokector will be in house bu end of jan but dont know when i can diy new speakers.
