It's the rarest of all spare parts for vintage Polks and I don't plan on being caught short. Do you need them? I'm just tossing them in the goody box.CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Nah, maybe if they were out of some M10's. I needed those 12" ones for another project but I think it was you that beat me to them. Thats cool.

Well, the drivers in all of them can be easily found or replaced with new ones, so PR's are the rare parts to me. I go thru about 10-15 pairs a year and it's nice to have some security blankets

It's not a problem. I was just giving ya a hard time. I will find some PR's someday. Really need 12" anyways.

Don't PRs last almost forever--at least on SDAs? The one thing you see on SDAs are very well sealed rubber PRs. Of course the PRs mentioned above are more like a speaker shape--not flat?

I can't speak for them on SDA's. But them damned ones with the foam surrounds don't!
I have not had much luck finding flat faced PR's anywhere.
EDIT: Of course, I am talking about foam surround PR's on a different brand of speakers.--Gary--

ok guys, here is what is left as of today:
(2) BE5500 Crossover's out of 5 JR's Series II..$10 for the set + Shipping
(5) SL2000 tweeter's, 2 matching sets. $10 each Tweeter + Shipping. -
I will take 2 paired SL2000 tweeters. Can you send me an email at koukaiwen @ gmail?
-
I still have the following for anyone interested:
(2) BE5500 Crossover's out of 5 JR's Series II..$10 for the set + Shipping
(3) SL2000 tweeter's, 1 matching set. $10 each Tweeter + Shipping. -
The crossovers are from 5JR+ Series II, yes? The ones that came with the SL2500 tweeters? If so, I'll probably take them - let me know, please.
-
DAMN IT!!!!!!! I've been looking for a 6502 for 6+ months.
-
Need some advice:
If I need to replace a single tweeter in an SDA-2, is there any benefit in replacing both the tweeters in this speaker with a 'matching' set, rather than just replacing the faulty one? If not, I'll take the unmatched SL2000, if still available. If you could please send a PM as I am unable to (new member).
