I would like to thank Ken S. and Polk Customer Service for
replacing my deteriorated MW5804(Stereo Array) and MW5805(SDA) at No Charge:) You guys are the Best...


I spoke to Ken today and he will send me 8 drivers.
8 of my SRT drivers will be replace at no charge. I don't even have to pay for shipping...WOW...I save about $600.00.

If you remember, I purchased my SRT's from a previous employee
from WIZ store. The SRT used to be a floor demo so
most of the parts are worn and the good news is that most
of the parts are replaced by the help of Ken at no charge.
It's like I purchased the SRT Systems like New with guarantee!!!

A million thanks to Matt Polk and to the Customer Service especially Ken Swauger.

Also thanks to Jesse and Tour(Bruce) for the SRT poster with

    That is awesome! You get 8 free woofers, and I get a tweeter that cost money. Seems highly unfair! :p LoL, JK, I guess I deserve it! I broke it none the less! I guess I outta pay for it! lol! Thats really cool of Ken to replace all your woofs, he gave me a discount, so im not highly complaing (I'm complainin, but nothing to start something over). I heard the SRT, great speaker. Congrats!

    Thank you Ken, 8-MW5804 of SRT's arrived:) I am very glad that
    all have been replaced for FREE!!!;) The only I spent on was $22.25 for shipping back the deteriorated drivers to Polk Audio.
