Under $500.00, I would look at the Ln32b460. With 32", you will not see that much difference between 1080p or 720p. Look for higher contrast ratio and most of all trust your own eyes. -

+1,000, do yourself a favor and save some cash. With a screen size of 32" you will not notice a difference between 720p and 1080p, but if you are like me you want that damn 1080p Full HD sticker on the TV, lol. Never thought a sticker would be worth that much money.

Did a quick Google search, and will post a link to the results below. You don't need a specific mount for your TV, any mount that will support the weight will do.

PS3 and Xbox -
I got the LG 32LH30 for my kids to use with their PS3 in their game room.
I cashed out my Marriott Rewards points and probably overpaid compared to the cash value you can find on that HDTV, but I had the reward points just sitting there....anyway....nice picture!
I still prefer the picture on my 50" Panny 1080p plasma, though.
But, at least now there is harmony in the house once again as sometimes I'd come home and they would be have the PS3 plugged to my plasma playing COD or Madden Football.
Now they have theirs and I have mine.

I can second the Panasonic plasmas. I have 2 of them and love them.

I have the Sanyo 32" in my master bedroom, but I would NOT recommend it. It hasn't given me any problems, but color has to adjusted all the way down to "2" to calibrate correctly, and even on "0" it's still not black and white. Something wrong there, of course you get what you pay for, it was only $328.
Having said all that it works fine in our bedroom, but I can't recommend a set with the above quirks.Source: Bluesound Node 2i - Preamp/DAC: Benchmark DAC2 DX - Amp: Parasound Halo A21 - Speakers: MartinLogan Motion 60XTi - Shop Rig: Yamaha A-S501 Integrated - Source: Rotel CD14MkII CD Player - Speakers: Elac Debut 2.0 B5.2 -

Take a look at this one, basic 1080P, not a lot of bells & whistles, but excellent picture.
Dogma, 720P no difference v 1080P in 32", well balderdash. This one should be at the high 400's with the after Christmas sales.

I would recommend the Toshiba 120Mhz LCD model(s). They seemed the best for their price range.
Plasma I would go with a Panasonic.
Taken from a recent Audioholics reply regarding "Club Polk" and Polk speakers:
"I'm yet to hear a Polk speaker that merits more than a sentence and 60 seconds discussion."
My response is: If you need 60 seconds to respond in one sentence, you probably should't be evaluating Polk speakers.....
