My plasma is about a month old and I have done all the things that were said to be good for it in the first 200 hrs. Turn brighness contrast down, use those color frames on the sd card slot, etc. Well I played a 30 min game on NCAA and now I have a bad case of IR. It has been there for about 12 hrs and it is really bothering me. What do i do.

Did you try watching tv ( full screen) to see if it goes away? Usually after watching tv 30 minutes or so it should go away. What kind of plasma?
Mine has about 200 hours on it and I've played madden for hours without any IR. Some plasma's are better than other when dealing with IR and burn in. -
yeah but i dont think it was 30 mins, guess i will try it again. I cant see it when viewing, tvs, blus or anything, just on a blank input and up very close to the tv.

If you can find something that has a full white screen, put that on for about 30 seconds. It should wipe any IR. Some TVs have a built in feature for this.
If you can't find any programing like that, you could make a 1920x1080 image of pure white using a photo editing program. Put it on SD card and play for 30 secs.
OK, I just made one for you and attached it here. -
I wonder other thana photo editing software, where i could find a pure white image.

Just rerun the break in images for 10 minutes or so.
