    Ed,

If you're in NYC and making the trip, I may be willing to buy a share if you are so inclined.

Ed, I'm not going to have time to sit down and write it all out until probably late next week. I was hoping a local pokal would have jumped up.

Would you consider parting your Rush Collection? I'm VERY interested in those...of course, I'll have to play them when my wife is several miles away! LOL!

I really don't feel like parting it out, but I might get there eventually. I will say they won't 50 cents a peice when / if I do.

I really just want someone to make me an offer and take them ALL away.

I'd love to scoop them all up - but that might net me a divorce! LOL! If you do begin to part them out, can I get dibs on the Rush stuff?

Sami and Quadzilla: I'm just throwing this out there, but are you guys possibly interested in splitting this? I'd love to buy the whole lot, but I just can't swing $600 for records regardless of how great the deal is. My wife would kill me for 1) dropping $600 and 2) bringing home 1250 LP's.

Sent you a reply, but at this point, if the 2 guys from here that I already asked about this don't come through, I'm going to figure out a way to take 'em. If you wanted to pick up part of that, it'd make it easier, but either way, I want 'em.

Man, I'm so thin on gear it's pathetic. I don't even really have a decent rig to listen to anymore, sold just about everything, waiting, wanting things to turn around. The upside is that it's renewed my passion for the audio game, and I'm looking forward to starting fresh when I finally get the chance to.

    Cheers,
    Russ

I just got home from Munich last night. Quadzilla, let me know if you decide to back out or will split it up. Honestly, I don't even have a turntable anymore but that's only because I don't that many LP's anymore.

About six months ago, I picked up an ADC-100 cd player just in case you ever wanted to REALLY start fresh. Again.

    Want it?

No, I'm good on sources senor Grand. That's a stellar peice for a young buck coming up in 2 channel, save it until you meet the next one. You know what I want that you have, and I'll make that trip again one day to pick them up and make love to them in front of you. You f'n promised me. I'll still vomit occasionally when I think about missing out on that AC4L deal. F you.

    Hey Russman,

You got me mixed up with others in the past and of recent about some speaker or gear stuff. Of which i care nothing for. But perhaps you could let me see how records are so great, crisp, clear and without the old dolby sound reduction stuff from cassettes, I will entertain the idea of records. With no disrespect to anyone, I just want to know how records sound better. Russman, you just happen to be by me, and seem to have all the perfect stuff to make an example of these frisbees. You down?

Or more politely. I would love to hear how records sounds. I grew up listening to them, but never thought they sounded good. Maybe I could learn so much from this experience. Next thing, I could be the next vinyl freak. ... you down?

OK, I'm going to the back of the line for now. If someone is interested in splitting these, they really are in great shape, I just can't see cleaning that many. So, if someone wants to split 'em, I'm back in. Or, if someone has a record cleaning machine they could loan me for awhile, I could pay that person for the use in cleaned records, and then I'd just buy the whole lot. But at my 4-5 records-an-hour manual cleaning rate, well, you can do the math. But if no one picks 'em up soon, then, well, I won't be able to resist their call.

    Sami, sent you a PM.

KASR, I already have most of the Rush, so if you want all the but the couple I don't have, then they're yours, assuming I end up with them.
