Need a tube powered crossover?

I just found this Space-Tech Labs Tube Crossover on Audiogon. It's a crossover for a subwoofer, that I personally think it a little overkill. But then again, I'm not even running tubes right now. :eek:

*each channel continuously variable 50-120hz
*24 db/octave slope
*uses 12AU7/ECC82 tubes
*s/n of -85db

    I think that's the only place that I wouldn't want tubes.

    A link to the item on Audiogon would have been nice. ;)
