Completley gutted the theater

My theater has a drop ceiling due to the garage door and the screen wall has always been at that end. Yesterday, I gutted the entire theater and am flipping the room. This will allow me to have less risers for seating and I'll be able to go from an 84" screen to a 96" screen, maybe even a bit bigger. I remounted the PJ this morning and ran a test shot, it works perfectly.

I'm taking out the futon in the back and replacing it with the 3 chairs I had down front and will buy 2 really nice chairs for front row.

Once everything is back in I'll need to DIY a screen and also a new sub box for my 15" Tempest. Not sure how I'm going to do that yet, I'm even thinking IB.

Here's a couple updated pics as of today. Screen's done and hung, rear seats are in and all the gear is wired and running.

Still, tons of clean up and detail work; wire management, painting, carpeting, molding...etc., but it is up and running.
