Never heard of it....what is Firefly about? Obviously fiction...but....was it interesting?

Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

Same creator as Buffy and Angel (Josh Whedon). I really liked the show but FOX killed it after only 13 episodes. Due to strong DVD sales of the series, a movie was made called Serenity. Don't watch Serenity until after you watch the series, if possible.
Give it a shot, you may end up really liking it. I did. -

That is entirely NOT what the series is about. It's a sci-fi western about the crew and passengers of a "Firefly" class spaceship that work as scavengers and dirty deed doers with a space call girl a minister and a couple of fugitives thrown in for good measure. Very entertaining and very much like a western. I won the series and the movie in a Karma giveaway a while back and my son and I are slowly working our way through it.
