You heard that Lucas, the world's bestest most celebrated and beloved film director, has used the boy band n'sync as Jedi knights in the next STAR WARS movie, right?

You know, of course, this means that STAR WARS is OVER, right?

Why do we continue to allow him to have all our money?

in one of the huge battle scenes, lucas has employed n'suck to be jedi knight's. they are in the background, and hard to see unless you are looking for them. one of lucas' damn kids probably wanted this, just like effin' jar jar. episode two IS GOING TO SUCK!!!!

did anyone see the latest trailer, when anakin is whining- "it's all obi-wan's fault" and he throws his glass up against the wall in teen angnst! real 'star wars' feel to that. from all the trailers so far, this movie looks like it's destined to blow! damn it lucas, what are you thinking???

Lucas sold out a long time ago. He is just looking to cash in on the Star Wars name. Does this REALLY suprise anyone?

What are you guys talking about? I mean, Star Wars has always been a stupid movie. Stupid stupid stupid. The only difference between now and then is Lucas has better technology to do what stupid things he's got locked up in his mind. (pre)(se)quels never live up to the original, especially one with such a large fan base.

Lucas lost all touch with reality with Esp. VI, Return of the Jedi.

You will not catch me near a theater for Ep. II. No sir. The trailers prove to me that it is going to SUCK.

You cannot classify Ep. VI, I, II, III as actual Star Wars movies. Only IV and V warrent the sacred title.

    Peace Out~:D

N'SYNC, man it cannot get any better....Lucas is a ****-Stick!

Aww, c'mon Ron, don't hold back, tell us how you really feel!

But I'm in total agreement. The first two movies were fun. Return of the Jedi was also pretty good, but it had an evil portent of the future of Star Wars... the Ewoks.

Suddenly they had the marketing vehicle they needed... cute, cuddly, eminently merchandisable characters. Jar-Jar was supposed to be marketable, but they miscalculated badly.

They realized that while good movies might make some money, the really big money was to be made from marketing the movies, and most especially the merchandise, to 12-year-olds and sentimentalist parents.

The only question left is how low they'll go. Casting N'sync as Jedi Knights isn't the bottom of the barrel, I say. I just wonder what is.

Star Wars was the first movie to have merchandising. I remember my friends having all the figures of the guys in the cantina, the ships, everything. I bet Lucas makes $5-10 million off the 'n Sync figures alone.

i have a friend that collects the old stuff, he has like 100+ figures sealed and carded. he maxed out his plastic buying all the damn things on ebay before phantom **** came out in theaters, thinking the stuff would sky-rocket after it was out. i bet lucas has made $50,000+ on him alone...

Maybe in episode III, he'll reunite "The New Kid's On The Block" and cast them as Sith lords! Would'nt that be a hoot?? :D

Well, Juice21, you almost have it right but this story has a twist to it that some would call evil. You see what had happened was that Micah wrote Lucas and began whining about wanting his favorite band in the movie. Well, there was a mix up in the mail room and the letter went to Lucas's illicit child (an embarrassment from a love affair with one of the ewok actors); that is where the horrid seed was planted. Now Lucas's kid didn't really like N'Sync, but Micah had been stalking the poor **** for about 5 years and had won his trust and admiration (years of wonton mental abuse from Lucas made this an easy task for an accomplished stalker like Micah). With untold devotion, Micah twisted and prodded the child's susceptable mind until he held a love of N'Sync that rivaled even Micah's (I know that is hard to believe). It took all of two months of pleading and begging for the unwanted abomination to convince Lucas to put the group in the movie, although the **** child had to agree to leave Lucas, never to return.

So now, when you see this disgusting act of betrayal you will understand the true nature of what transpired to make this happen.

    Truthfully,
    The Anti Micah.

MAN! I am rolling over here!

I can just see Micah in his cave jamming to boy bands. No wonder Paul repo'd the LSi9's.

Remember in Silence of the Lambs when the wierdo was listening to the Door's (I think it was them) dancing around, putting on makeup......substitute Micah and N'Synch......

Your talking about the dude that went over the handlebars over the fact that somebody now inhabits the space in the next house adjacent to his self described HT room (who knows what he actually does in there).

I don't wanna even think about what someone that obsessed with isolation does in the dark recesses of his dwelling.
