“Shiny pristine” means just that. Like new, or perhaps new (unplayed). “Just about shiny pristine” could mean one fingerprint, some lint, or the tiniest scratch you NEVER heard. The difference between “shiny pristine” and “just about …” could be nothing, especially for people with RCM’s.

    I didn't think you were going to speak to me. I didn't get those other two Blondies until after I shipped you out. HONEST. Debbie Harry was a street urchin from one neighborhood away from mine. I always remembered her for being one of those people who wore really long bell-bottom jeans, that would eventually get all frayed at the bottom from walking on them, trailing a large string of white denim, and in the rain they'd be soaking wet up to the knees. My crowd did not mix well with her crowd. No charge for the Linda Ronstadt, it was my dads.
