I have a PS3 80 Gig that came with the MGS4 Bundle. It's got the backwards compatibility that had been removed from the previous generations. It's the best one they make now. Not sure what a good price is for it though. I set it up and have never used it for anything but a few Blu Rays because I spend all my time studying.
