So what's up with Polk Direct's low item #s?

Just curious, since I saw there are far less items for sale there than usual. I have a friend wanting to get some stuff in the next week, and I told him that was the place to go for some good deals on Polk, but the selection is pretty low right now... Are they just trying to get rid of what's on there before they put more items up for sale? Sorry if someone already asked:o

    Maybe its the phase of the Moon....perhaps the warehouse had the roof cave in due to large snowfall....or you just have to be patient. You never know....its all just an Illllluuusion.

    It's definitely a 'waiting' game...you have to be patient. I know that''s hard when someone needs something quick.

    I checked the polk direct page pretty much everyday for a few months while I was saving up the cash for my 500s. Inventory would run very low at times. They would post a pair of 500s every day for like a month then they'd be gone but then a week or so later they would come back up.

    mine were new not refurbs.....waited a long time for them but it was well worth the wait!

    I also have noticed the lower stock. But thats the idea, sell off inventory. Like said before. Keep watching and be ready to purchase when you find them.

    I remember when I bought my CSi A6 refurb, I waited 2 months for them, calling every 2-3 days to check for availability. The savings is well worth the wait though!
