Completing my setup with RTi12's
So im trying to finish my speaker setup for 5.1. Trying to decide on what center channel and rear surround speakers to get. I have an HK AVR 347 receiver and 2 RTi12's for my fronts powered off a Adcom 555 amp.
For center channel was thinking of CS20? or is there something better and what price for cs20?
What should I get for the rears?
Thanks

For a center...I would zero in on a Csi5.
There's lot's of good options for surrounds depending on your budget, space and room configuration. -
+1 CSi5. Pairs nicely with the RTi12s. For rears, you can go dipoles - the fxi series? Have fun with the 12s!
-
Csi 5 for the center and FXI 5's or rti6's for the surrounds
-
CSi5! Its huge....both in sound and size. Will be your best match.Home Theater

CSi5 is the exact match for RTi12s! I have one for sale and posted at the classified forum :-)My system:

+ 1 for the CSi5 and either the RTi6's or 4's for the rear. The FXi surrounds seem nice, but I don't have any experience with them. And tipoytm, quit trying to hawk your stuff all over the forum, others have already warned you. Basically night and day difference for me. It really opened up the speakers and gave those drivers the kick they needed! -

Ok so for the centers everyone's recommending the CSi5. For the rears, its between the RTi4 and RTi6's. What's the difference between these two other than size. I imagine that sound quality is the same, and its gonna be powered by an HK AVR 347 (dont need to run it off an amp though?)
thanks -
I would go with the 4's. I myself have not had the chance to hear the 6's but for the price the 4's make great surrround speakers. If budget isn't tight then go for the 6's but IMO the 4's will work just fine.
MarkSig to be updated after dealing with the insurance company:(:(:( -
