Budget is always a concern, lol. How much are we talking exactly? Quick list (in no particular order) Emotiva, Adcom, Sunfire. Check your local Craigslist and the FS forum too, there are always deals to be had.

What's your budget? Your question is loaded and none of the **** that will follow can do anything but dance like a pregnant earth muffin high on weed.

You can buy dirt cheap power.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

i have tha 10's hooked to an emotiva xpa3 and some audioquest king cobras, with type 4 speaker cables. this seems to sound very nice depending on what source i use ( ps3 or zune doc... ) naturally some types of music sound much better than others. but the bands that have better production studios sound great. now this weekend i hooked up an adcom 555 that i just bought and i don't hear much difference but it seems i have to go closer to reference volume to get a richer sound than i do with my emotiva. both amps make the rti's sound as good as they can, which for many who have heard them will tell you is not the best speaker for 2ch music, great for ht

We can't really tell you much unless you have a budget in mind.

I could suggest an Adcom GFA-545, which can be had for around $150-200...or I could suggest a pair of Pass Labs XA200.5 monoblocks that retail for about $31,000 a pair.

There are also plenty of suggestions at every price point between those two.

Do you want to buy new, or is buying used alright? You can get a much nicer piece for much less money when you buy used.

One more Adcom reco here; I use a GFA555 (bought used, right from here) off of the pre-outs on a Denon 2106, and it really woke those 10s up. It also had the added benefit of taming some of the brightness RTi10s are sometimes known for. And Signal Cable speaker wires helped with that, too.
    YMMV, of course.
So, are you willing to put forth a little effort or are you happy sitting in your skeptical poo pile?

Agreed, Adcom amps on the used market is the way to go!
