I was wondering if I should get monitor 40's or tsi200 or RTi4. I am looking for them as rear surround speakers. I am kinda budget in mind but will pay more for a much better speaker. I see on new egg you can get monitor 40's for 129.99. The tsi200 I can't find under 300. Is it worth over double the price? I would like it to be more powerful. I don't know if the RTi4 is as powerful as the 40's or tsi200.

For your system, RTi4. They are also the best out of these three, IMHO.

Thank you for the help! Just to help for future HT systems is it better to alway stay with the same series for the speakers all the way around? and the best deal I can find is $150 at my local fry's electronics for the RTi4's. Is that about right?Rti10's - Front Speakers

Voice matching is actually easier (usually) if you stay within the same series. There are some exceptions though. The original Polk Rt line featured 2 different tweeters in that line, so voice matching could be more difficult. It has often been said however that it is more important to voice match your front stage than it is your surrounds."They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety."

I have RTi10's up front with a csi3 for the center. I really want to experience the 5.1 surround sound. And have music play all around instead of everything coming from the front.Rti10's - Front Speakers

Go with the RTi4. They'll timbre match with the rest of your speakers.
+1
IMO, RTi4 would match the system well and sound great!polkaudio RT35 Bookshelves

Thanks for all the help. Definitely going with the rti4's now. And i can find them on amazon or ebay. I am going to go to fry's electronics to get them though. Here is the link. I will admit, 6's seem impossible to find.

Good advice here, the guys have steered you to the best option as usual. As stated above it isn't as important to timbre match your surrounds with the rest of your system, but it doesn't hurt to keep it in the family.
