Small footprint rear surrounds match Monitor 50's
Been upgrading my system from a Kenwood HTIB system. Already replaced the fronts and center with Monitor 50's and CS1. Not much room. They sit on narrow shelves in the back corners of the room. Existing rears are about 5-1/2" square. Appreciate your thoughts.

Not alot of space to work with that foot print, but here's some suggestions:
RM8
RM201
VM10
The VM is the best of this bunch, but also most exspensive. The RM8 is pretty neat, and surprising sound from such small package. It would also add to the surround effect. The RM201 will be the hardest to find, but it may also work well for you. All will be an upgrade from your current surround speakers IMO. I hope that helps:)Sony 40" LCD
Sony DVPCX995V
Sony PS3(games/media server)
Sony PS2
WD TV Live with 3TB
Sanyo VCR
Marantz SR6003
Polk 11T(xover/RDO)
RM20 5 pack
OWM 5
DUAL Micro Pro 1000
Combastard Cable
Harmony One
When rapture comes, can I have your car? -
Also look in to the Monitor 30/40. The 30's are wall mountable and would blend nicely with the setup you already have. If not maybe the OWM3 or OWM5's. Welcome to Club Polk.

I would also recommend the OWM3's. I have them as rear surrounds with TSi400 fronts and TSi100 sides and they do a great job. They are fairly compact and have plenty of stand/mounting options.

Thanks for your suggestions. My new OWM3's are scheduled to be delivered on Friday.

Glad we were able to help, and congrats on the new system. Do us all a favor and put some pics of your rig up in the System Showcase when you get it all set up.
