I seem to be collecting stuff rather quickly...
What are S10's worth, more or less ?
Would $150 be a deal ?

Well, partly it depends on the condition of the Monitor 10s, the version, where you are located, etc. Do they come with the original stands?

People have gotten excellent M10s for substantially less, and others have paid more and been happy with their purchase.

I'd say that for a pair of Monitor 10s in decent shape, all drivers working, with SL1000 or SL2000 tweeters, that $150 is a very fair but not outstanding deal. IMHO, $200 or so is the most they would be worth in very good to excellent condition, and patience will net you a pair for $50-$100.

I just bought a pair the other day that were in poor condition for $60. :o Turned out that the drivers were no good, so I'll be parting out the tweets, crossovers, passive radiators, and grilles. I'm pretty sure I'll be able to get most or all of my money back that way.

    Others are free to disagree.

    They aren't M10s.... they're S10s.

Don't see THOSE often... I'd pay $150 for a really nice set.

Eh, not that much. Vinyl covering, not very heavy, boomy sound. Similar componts to the LS series, but they are not very good sounding and didn't sell well when new. $50 is a reasonable price to give them a try in your garage.
