It seems that there is a constant stream of questions regarding value of all the SDA models but especially the big 3, SDA SRS SDA SRS 1.2 SDA SRS 1.2TL. So I thought I would start a thread for sales of these models, perhaps over time we can compile enough data to get an average price for these models and see how much if any location plays into it.

It would be nice if we could keep it simple with model, location, price. upgrades yes or no and if upgraded what upgrades when sold. If possible post only sales info no comments or disscussions involving these sales here simply because it is so easy to derail and muck up such a thread this way and it would be a lot harder to sort through for someone simply looking for local sales or model pricing.

If you want to discuss ask questions and or brag about your geat purchase please start another thread doing so :D.

1.Model- SDA SRS 1.2TL
2. Location- Fairbanks. AK
3.Price- $600.00
4.Upgrades- None

REGARDS SNOW
Well, I just pulled off the impossible by doing a double-blind comparison all by myself, purely by virtue of the fact that I completely and stupidly forgot what I did last. I guess that getting old does have its advantages after all :D

Just so we have the bottom end rounded out; a set of SDA SRS went for about $1,100 a few months ago here in SoCal. I also think another set of SRS sold in San Diego for around $1,200. Both speakers 7/10 condition (at least from looking at the pictures)

Where in NJ? How did you find them? Not sure I am in a position to acquire just yet, but always on the lookout.....

Let me know if you get "Mrs. Noshined;)" out of a pair and need to sell.....

I recently found a pair of 1.2 TLs in NJ on Craigslist that Xoaphexox bought for $1,800 (as far as I know) and then he upgraded them. Here's the thread:

I saw them on ebay. They were in north Jersey close to Sommerville. He was the second owner. There are in great shape. They were on ebay listed twice as original SDA SRS speakers. Only thing is he said it had a pin/blade cable. Originals SRS speakers were only blade/blade. The set I bought is an early 1.2 set that even has the original SRS 14 screw crossover plate. This set is one of the first 1.2 sets made. I can't wait to fire up both the original SRS's and the 1.2's with my Yamaha mx1000u amp. I really pity the neighbors.:D
