25 posts! I made it! No I'm just messing I've been lurking this forum ever since I bought this stuff a year and a half ago. I'm currently looking to upgrade to maybe some polk vintage speakers or some other used set as someone's offering me some RTA 11TL's brand new in box(believe it when I see it). Local pickup preferred but if you really want to ship this stuff we can work something out.

Rti 8's - $150 each

Csi 3 - $100

Bic H-100 - $175

All flawless. No dings, no scratches, light use as I don't even like to blast my stuff and I live in a condo.

I'm looking to buy a nice receiver that has pre-outs and can handle LPCM so I can listen the TrueHD off the PS3(it doesn't need to decode the codecs). An Onkyo 805 would be nice but if there's something cheaper by all means. I already sold the Onkyo 605(it doesn't have pre-outs)from the pic so I'm knee deep in the upgrade already. I really need a receiver quick as the sony TV's speakers are pissing in my cheerios everyday.

If you have any questions feel free

I'm guessing by that fact that you want pre-outs that you're looking at an external amp. If that's the case, I'd say just go with a 705/706 as this is the first 'tier' to have pre outs. I have a 705 and I love it. I bought it specifically with the intent of getting external amps one day.

    BTW, nice speakers :D

You're right, I'm going to get external amplification down the road, but I need something somewhat beefy for now as I won't get an amp until at least christmas as kids need clothes and whatnot . Plus from what I've heard the 805 has really good sound quality for the price as they used higher end dacs in it.

The RTi's are awesome for movies. I just wish I could have RTi's for movies and LSi's for music or vienna speakers or something more laid back. That would be my ideal setup but I can't afford all that so I'm looking for a speaker that maybe could blend those two elements together. :( It seems pretty elusive so far.

Agreed. The H100 is an excellent sub for the money. Along with the av123 X-sub, it's the best value in under $250 subs. Some lucky person is really going to enjoy that. Good luck.

Ya the Bic was co-developed by Dr. Hsu. So you know there isn't any glaring problems as he really knows how to develop sub.

Lol I was waiting for someone to say that. I have those little rubber stopper things you put under rugs on linoleum floors in between the pot and the speaker. Also my gf never waters the plants outside the bath tub and lets them dry for hours before putting them back. There are absolutely no marks on the speaker at all. I take very good care of my stuff.

bump can't believe the sub isn't getting any takers, it's pretty much the best sub there is for under $300. Guess ebay is the only option, god I hate ebay.
