Kudo's to Oppo service

I posted a thread a few weeks ago about how I'd accidentally mangled my hdmi port pins on my 981. Well, I e-mailed Oppo, and I hesitated to say this until it happened, but they repaired it for free.
They received my player Monday, and shipped it back out Wednesday, with a scheduled delivery date of Saturday by Fed Ex. I can't imagine a service department that can do a faster turnaround.
With that kind of service, I'll be looking really hard at another Oppo when it's time to upgrade.

My equipment sig felt inadequate and deleted itself.
