I just bought a pair of Monitor 60's and I want to break them in properly. Is there a certain way you should break in Monitor 60's? or just play music on them?
(I will mainly use them for music, not home theater)

Play full range music through them such as classical music at a moderate levels.

Play this over and over again:
Actually, I think you can just start listening to whatever you like.
Edit: HearingImpaired's advice is probably better than mine. -
lol Hilbert, thanks but yeah I think hearingimpared advice was better.
How long should I break them in for? or whats your "routine"? -

+1.
Some say it can/will take about 100 hours to break in. I am starting a breakin this weekend on some new subs for my Carver AL III's. I read that you need warm up and cool down time also. Not sure if that is ture but I plan on running them about 4 hours a day for about a month varing the music in volume and in type.Sunfire TGP, Sunfire Cinema Grand, Sunfire 300~2 (2), Sunfire True Sub (2),Carver ALS Platinum, Carver AL III, TFM-55, C-19, C-9, TX-8, SDA-490t, SDA-390t -
yeah I have heard 100 hours too actually. I was hoping that was just a one time thing, guess not. That person also said the Monitor 60's really come alive after the 100 hours, hope he was right (even though they sound great now).

Expect to hear a big difference at about 40 hours, with full break in at about 100 hours using hearingimpared's break-in method.
I used to got to work and leave the music playing all day.
