I would think these are fully broken in after a couple of weeks. I've been trying to find the right words to describe what I think about these, and finally got it:

    Seductive

That pretty much sums it up. I've never enjoyed the music so much and spent as much time listening.

Did you ever send your Maggies out?

I'm in line for the mods in October, and you saw the thread where I was offered a full refund if I didn't like them over the Gallos. But no matter how good the modded MMG's might be, you and I know that they will require a sub, and I already know that the subs I have won't give me what I am hearing now with the Gallos. It will be a tough competition.

You will need a subwoofer, modded or not. Gallo? pffft.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

I know, I've been using them with the MicroPro 3000 since I stole them from you last year.
    Gallo? pffft.

Don't tell me you've heard them. Just come on over and listen to them here.
