I haven't heard the tsi but I know the monitor is a great speaker firsthand, they impress me everytime i hear them. the monitor also has 2 woofers and 2 midrange compared to the 3 midrange on the tsi, so depending on the rest of your system and your budget certain factors are needed to give better advice

+1 on the 70's, I have them and they have yet to dissapoint.. I haven't heard the 400's, but there is (from what I have "heard") quite a difference between the Monitor 60's and the Monitor 70's, and the TSi 400's are the "replacement" to the Monitor 60's. Not to mention I'm sure the 70's are much cheaper than the 400's.

kings county.....i recently purchased TSI500s and CSI20 for my front soundstage and they blew me away. wutadumsn23 is right the TSIs are replacement to monitors and the 400 is direct replacement to the 60. If you need the latest product go with the TSI400 if price is of more importance go with the 60 as they are on a fantastic sale on newegg. You can read my review of the TSI500/400 against the other brands and make up your mind. I will be posting pictures of the setup this weekend.
