RT1000i's(used) or new R50's....helppp
I was going to buy a set of R50's but then I ran across a pair of used rt1000i's with pow subs......pretty much for same price
I already have a subwoofer so do I really need the pow towers

if the ones you came across look and is as good of a condition I would jump on them if they are the same price of the r50's...just where are you getting these r50's from?Retired Onkyo 520 (returned broken HK 247)

RT1000i's. It's a much better speaker than the R series. The RT1000 is one of my favorites from Polk. Do a search for my thread on the 2ch forum. YOu'll have to really play around with the subwoofer volume setting to get proper blend. You could also adjust to your liking.

Rt1000i's. R series is kinda low end, even if it is newer.
