I'd want some kind of a certificate of authenticity.

I don't even think they look that great myself...to each their own though.

You could buy a pair of RTi8's, paint them silver and redo the grilles with silver fabric for a lot less than $700

If they're actually the real deal...could be an interesting piece of audio history.

Those same speakers seem to come up on CL once a year. Way too much for what is IMO an uglier speaker. I bet you will see them on CL again next year.
