Stock text at the bottom of the listing, probably from Polk Audio site.

The one you refer to has the Carver linked that the other one does not, although text at the top is pretty much the same on both listings.

Good attention to detail on your part to catch the similarities. Scams abound these days so caution is a good approach to take.
