Another SDA II as a Center channel for my SDA II's?

It was brought to my attention that I still may have variations in sound from speaker to speaker if I get an SDA-CRS or Monitor speaker. I have the original Polk SDA II's with the three drivers and Silver Coil Dome SL1000 tweeters. I heard that getting another for a center would be ideal. I'm going to be seriously in trouble if this is true (not really, I just mean that I'm going to obsess about getting it is all:eek::D). If anybody knows if this is true (I'm pretty sure it is), could you link me or PM me the place where I can get one for a center channel?
By the way...I replaced my left SDA speaker with MW5003 drivers instead of the original MW5001's a few months ago. I can't tell if there is a placebo effect or what but it seems that the left speaker sounds different than the right. I was told the 5001 and 5003 are identical sounding and there is no difference. Is this true? If not, what should I do? Thanks in advance for all the questions.:cool:

I use a CS300 for my center and it sounds great. You might try the CS400 as it is a good match, I did not have room for that and went with the 300.
CS400 can be had pretty cheap these days. No need for you to use another SDA; that would be kind of silly.
Just my opinion. -
What would be the best match for my system then? A SDA CRS, a CS400, a CSi A6, another SDA II, another Monitor speaker, what?Home Theater:

It is not a big of a deal as you may think. The CSiA6 would be great, a CS400 will do as well for less money.
Enjoy! -
Thanks Conradicles. I will take that more into consideration and keep my eyes peeled for those. Does anyone else have any suggestions or recommendations for a center channel? I want to make sure I have the ideal center channel. I have the room for it...Home Theater:

That could be due to the fact that you only replaced the drivers in the one speaker. They've had time to break in now, and are sounding better than when they were first installed.
Drivers do wear out over time. The left speaker is probably sounding better due to having fresh drivers in it, as opposed to the older, more worn out drivers in the right speaker.
If you replaced the drivers in the right channel too, it'd probably be sounding as good as the left channel.
As far as the center channel goes, in an ideal situation, it is better if all three of the front speakers are the same. Not to say that it's necessary or anything. You'd probably be just fine using a CRS+ or a CSi A6. It may be kind of hard to find a single SDA II.The nirvana inducer-

I use a LSi center with my SDA SRS 2.3's. I have upgraded the SDA tweets to RDO194-1's.

I use a SDA CRS and love it but like others said, using an actual center from polk is really just fine. However, if you have the room, using an actual sda speaker of that size sounds pretty cool.

Like I said, I have the room. If anyone has one SDA II or knows of anyone who has one or can find one for me would be great. I can afford to do so. (Needs to be shipped or close to me like in the Tampa Bay Area).Home Theater:

I use a pair of cs400i centers. It sounds very good. The center channel has a lot of mid and high range material (voice etc) but not as much bass so it works out quite well. I have thought of putting my pair of 2.3s in as a center just for giggles but I haven't tried it yet.

I have SDA 1C's as my fronts, SDA 2's as the rears and the CS400i as my center and I love it. The CS400i meshes very well with the SDA's IMO.
