    I've always wondered how those sound with the tweeters mounted in open air like that. I'd like to check out a pair of those sometime.

    Those aren't Monitor 12's though. I'm pretty sure those are RTA12's. RTA12C's to be specific.

    Monitor 12's have a different passive radiator, and have 4 midwoofers. They don't have the external tweeters either. Anyone correct me if I'm wrong though.

    Looks like a pretty good price though if anyones in that area.

    someone in Western Washington should pick those up.. they look to be in decent shape.. talk the seller down another $25 and you got a decent pair of RTA12's. ;)
