Surrounds: FXi-A4's or RTi A3's?
Hey all! I have a dilemma and would greatly appreciate some input. I upgraded my mains from A3's to A5's. I have a CSi A4 center and FXi-A4's for surrounds. My room isn't big enough for a 7.1 system so I either have to move the A3's out or replace the FXi A4's with the A3's.... What would you do? My movie/music ratio is prolly 70/30 in favor of movies. I only listen to music on the mains so the surrounds don't get used for that. Thanks for any suggestions!

I would use the FXI's

It all depends on your rooms configuration and setup. My a3's sound better for music and my Fxi a6's sound better for movies. My seats are up against the back wall so when I used the a3's the woofer was past my ear. Now that I'm using the fxi a6's it's aiming at my ears.
If it was me I would take the RTI a3's and start a 2 channel system.
