Ken's the best !!!!!

Heys guys. I called customer support about 20 minutes ago to inquire about getting a new LSi25 front cover. The cloth started pulling away on it awhile back, but now I'm seeing lots of plastic frame. Ken answered the call and is sending me a new cover, no questions asked, except my name and address.
With all the bad customer support I have received from Circuit City, Best Buy, ext, I am floored by this response. Many many kudo's to Ken. Thank you again so much !!

    Polk's customer service RAWKS!!!!
    I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down.     No worries. I could see how you might do that in your excitement.

    If you buy Polk products, you will never regret it!:)

    Performance, quality, service and customer satisfaction is second to none! You get ALL of that at a reasonable price!

    I am a very satisfied customer and yes, I do buy their new products! I love my SDA's too.:D

    I know they're dirt cheap, but they sent me two new poly switches for my speakers which are 17 yrs old. All I asked was what I needed to be asking for when searching for replacements. They asked for my name and address and three days later I had two new poly switches!

    The original owner of these speakers had a bad driver two years in and they sent him a replacement driver that day and allowed him to swap it. When I had problems with a driver in my AR speakers, I had to take it to an authorized service center and wait two weeks for it to be fixed. Same thing with my Bose 301 (yes, worst speaker purchase I ever made)... had to wait almost a month for them to replace a bad driver (and those darn tweeters are outside the cabinet)!

    Polk customer service should be copied and applied to more companies.
    Driver carries only 20 dollars in ammunition
