I found these on Craigs today.. might still be available. he also has a Polk PSW 650 dual subwoofer :D

    I saw that and gave him a call. Might replace my 2Bs. I don't think $650 is a very exciting price though. A set went on epay for $275! I wouldn't expect to get that lucky, but I think $650 is a bit rich. What do you think?

    I'd go look at them. Without a picture, you never know, they might be SRS-2.3. Often the 2.3 had labels that said SRS-2

    Good point. I'll ask him how many drivers and tweeters they have. Eugene is a good drive from here and I'd like to know before I go.

    agreed $650 is pretty dang steep for SRS 2's. not that they're not worth it.. but that's pricey. let us know what you find out.

    To me, there is no reason the SRS-2 shouldn't sell for $500-$600. People sell SDA-1C for that price all the time and the SRS-2 is arguably a better speaker.

    agreed... $500 to $600 is not out of the ballpark. fingure in another $100+ for gas.. and you're in some coinage for sure.
